Our zPods Gen 2 single beds are designed to provide the ideal sleep environment for each sleeper's individual needs.

Sensory Regulation: The combination of a hard enclosure along with other sensory-regulating features, helps children self-regulate and manage sensory input effectively.

Temperature: Maintain a comfortable environment with fan control that ensures continuous air circulation.

Sounds: Bluetooth® speakers that connect with your smart device (e.g., tablet, phone, etc.) to play calming music, or other relaxing sounds to aid in restful sleep.

Comfort: An interior that is 6’6” from end to end—enough space to fit a memory foam twin mattress (sold separately) with maximum dimensions of 43 inches wide and 78 inches long.

Easy Cleaning: Removable doors ensures changing sheets and interior cleaning is a breeze

Easy Assembly: The zPod is shipped flat in three boxes via LTL freight and can be fully assembled by two adults with no additional tools required.

Fire Alarm Integration: We work with each fire department to integrate their software within each zPod.

Crafted from durable, high-quality polyethylene, it offers a calm and peaceful environment for a good night’s sleep providing a restful solution and a bed for first responders.
Return and Refund Policies
We’re confident you’re going to love your experience with our zPods beds just like so many of the other individuals and families we’ve worked with. But if your experience is less than ideal, we understand and have a return policy we believe you’ll be satisfied with.
We invite you to try out our beds for the next 60 days to see if they work for your specific needs. Please read below to learn more about our policy.
HOW IT WORKS

We offer a full refund on your purchase price so that you don’t regret your decision to try our sleep solution. Just give our bed 100 days to see if it suits the needs of you or your family.

Beds that are returned will be donated or sold to a local special needs charity or family in need of a zPods bed.

We do not refund shipping costs.

For the bed to qualify for a return, it must not be damaged (e.g., no cracks or broken parts, no damaged electronics). If the bed is damaged, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to accept the return and what amount will be refunded according to the costs needed to make necessary repairs.

Please return it in the original packaging to keep it safe. Returning it without the original packaging will result in a 10% fee + repair costs for any damage.

We do not give refunds for items you purchased from us in addition to the zPods bed (e.g., mattresses, televisions).

We only accept returns on direct sales. Sales through DME distributors are impossible to refund. If you buy your bed through Acima, Affirm, or any other financing institutions, you must resolve returns according to those institutions’ policies.

This offer is currently not available to buyers outside the contiguous United States.
MAKING A RETURN

If you decide to return your zPods bed, please write to support@zpodsforsleep.com and clearly articulate your desire to return the bed within 60 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your request, we require two weeks to arrange delivery to the bed’s new owner.

During the time that we arrange delivery, safely disassemble and re-package the zPods bed in its original packaging. You and the new owner are generally responsible for coordinating a time when the new owner can pick up the packages from your home or other location.

Refund final after delivery.

Within 24 hours of this order, please check your email inbox for more information about our shipping process. We will equip you with a tracking number as soon as possible. Shipping usually requires one to two weeks within the contiguous United States. Exceptions may apply.
